The Microtorch is an excellent torch used to heat materials, ignite materials, pinpoint torch, shrink tubing, solder and desolder, terminate specialty connectors and much more!
The temperatures go up to 2,500F/1,300C with the open flame and 932F/500C with hot air tip. The flame is adjustable to create a broad or pinpoint flame. The torch is hand-held but the wide-stable base allows the device to be Hands-Free on a level table top. The built-in locking system keeps the unit safe when not in use and it also comes with a refillable plastic fuel tank. The torch lasts up to 2 hours of continuous use.

The Hanau Alcohol Torch is used to melt and control the shape and flow of wax when taking impressions, in fabrication of dentures, setting up teeth, waxing, light soldering or jewelry manufacture. It may be used as an alcohol lamp or as a torch to create either a needlepoint or brush type flame.
