How do I change my username or password?

Please call our Customer Service Department at 800.626.2163 for assistance with changing your username. Click here and follow the prompts to change your password.

 

Is DHP a Preferred and Authorized Distributor of Dental Supplies and Dental Equipment?

Yes! DHP is a Preferred and Authorized Distributor for over 550 manufacturers. We do not sell grey market products, in fact, we actively do our part to educate our customers of the dangers surrounding grey market products and report instances to our manufacturer partners as they occur.

 

Does DHP ship outside of the U.S.?

No, sorry, domestic shipments only.

 

Does DHP offer online bill pay?

Yes, login and click through to Pay Invoices under the Account drop down. If you would rather call in a payment, our Accounts Receivable team can be reached at 800.626.2163.

 

How do I track my order?

Login and access My Orders from the Account drop down. Click on the order you want to track. The tracking number(s) will be listed under the “Shipped Via” information. The Account section of our website packs many helpful resources to keep your supply ordering easy and organized.

 

What are my options for shipping carriers?

FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. You can select the priority of delivery needed. Please note, some products are restricted to ground service and additional fees may apply, i.e. hazard materials fees. 

 

How do I process a product return or exchange?

Please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the invoice date to start the process, 800.626.2163. Some terms and conditions apply.

 

Who do I contact of I cannot find the product that I am looking for?

Contact your DHP Account Manager or our Customer Service Department at 800.626.2163. Some special-order items, equipment or equipment parts are not available for sale on our website.

 

Do you offer on-site service in my area?

In short, DHP offers on-site service for offices approximately 250 miles from each of our Full-Service Branch Locations. In addition, we work with many certified, independent service technicians across the US that may be available in your area. Simply submit a request for service, we will promptly verify and reply.

 

I want to start ordering from DHP, but it seems like there may be a lot of work involved to transition my current order history. Do you have a contact that can help?

If you are currently working with another dental supply dealer and would like to start ordering like items through DHP, simply supply us with your order history list. Our teams will convert the item numbers to DHP item numbers and load your buying history into Order from History under your Account.
