The new PreXion Expedition provides high quality image clarity with its 0.3mm focal spot, which allows for improved diagnostics of many conditions. Its all new, IGZO flat panel detector (FPD) is named for the elements indium (In), gallium (Ga), zinc (Zn), and oxide (O), which are in the FPD. It provides the best image quality available by using more of the current to produce outstanding image clarity with less scatter and noise than previous models and lower power consumption. Its 3 fields of view (FOV) include a 5x5 cm, 8x8 cm and 12.5x10 cm for a large number of applications, including, but not limited to implant placement, bone quality studies, pathology, periodontics and endodontics. An optional 15x15 cm FOV is available for larger FOV applications, including orthodontics, TMJ and airway analysis. In addition, an optional cephalometric arm attachment can be added. Excelsior PRO is compatible with all DICOM compliant 3rd party implant surgical guide and CAD/DICOM merging software programs, and does not require any office computer graphics card updates or additional viewer licensing fees. An optional cephalometric x-ray attachment is available. Installation comes with a complete 10 year all parts warranty for maximum peace of mind.
