Neomem® FlexPlus is a single layer collagen membrane derived from porcine peritoneum. Suture pullout testing has shown this membrane to be biomechanically strong yet conformability evaluations demonstrate the ability to adapt to the contour of the surgical site. - Chromic gut absorbable sutures are indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in ophthalmic surgery, but not for use in cardiovascular or neurological surgery and microsurgery
