Engineered for broad compatibility with all major insert brands, the TurboSensor+360 Performance Package comes standard with TWO 30K handpieces (standard unit comes with one handpiece) that are perfect for today’s most popular 30K inserts. It also offers the flexibility to expand with an optional interchangeable 25K/30K handpiece (sold separately), allowing you to unlock optimized performance across additional insert frequencies as your needs grow.

• Smart Workflow Modes:Cruise Control maintains consistent scaling pressure without constant pedal engagement. Purge Mode provides timed waterline flushing at the start of the day and between patients. Priming Mode prepares the handpiece to begin scaling from the first press, saving valuable time.
• Includes Two Sediment Filters: The sediment filter (D419) helps removes larger particles from the treatment water that can damage the internal components of the scaler.
• Detachable, Autoclavable Handpiece: To help in the prevention of cross-contamination, an autoclaved handpiece can be easily connected for every patient without slowing you down.

The BioSonic US200 Utrasonic Scaler consists of a hand piece containing a mechanical resonator that is coupled to a scaler tip. The resonator is driven by a power electronic unit. The BioSonic Scaler Inserts are comprised of metal strips that resonate and cause an elliptical motion in the scaler tip. The outer part of the scaler tip vibrates in the driving frequency and amplitude chosen by the dentist. The scaler is capable of accepting both 25 and 30kHz inserts from the BioSonic brand as well as competitors and automatically detects which insert is in-use so that no switch is needed on the unit. Activation of the scaler and the setting of the output mode in normal vs. turbo are controlled by the operator via the foot pedal. The cooling water is delivered either from a pressurized bottle, an internal diaphragm pump, or directly from the water supply network. This water flow is controlled separately from the power. The outer handpiece sheath can be removed from the hand piece for the purpose of cleaning and sterilization.
