Current modalities to apply silver diamine fluoride (SDF) between teeth for caries arrest are challenging at best. Specifically developed by a dentist to speed and simplify interproximal application of SDF, the SDFlosser is a breakthrough in the topical treatment of caries in children and adults. Simply connect SDFlosser to a standard saliva ejector valve and apply a drop of SDF to the flosser tip using any micro applicator. The absorbent floss quickly “wicks” SDF between teeth to target cavities while adjacent suction ports remove saliva and excess liquid. Disposable, non-slip handle with replaceable tips allows for use in multiple quadrants without staining uninvolved tissues. Compatible with standard low volume suction valves as well as the Lock-On™ HVE Hose Adapter.
