The CDC guidelines recommend weekly monitoring of all practice autoclaves! Eliminate the hassle and time spent on manually filling out order forms. These complimentary, pre-printed labels will include all the information needed for us to complete your order with even greater accuracy and efficiency. Labels will be provided for each sterilizer you have. To get your customized labels, simply visit here and sign in with your credentials. Once logged into your account, click on the Sterilizer label request tab to complete the information needed. Once you have selected the appropriate sterilizer and entered your contact name and office email address, press Submit request. A completed label request form is required for each sterilizer in your office. Upon successfully submitting your request, please allow up to two weeks for the processing and delivery of your labels.
