KaVo's newest high speed electric handpiece, the MASTERmatic LUX M05 L Mini features a mini head 43% smaller than its processor. The major benefit is access and visibility in difficult areas, such as the posterior region or in the treatment of children and elderly patients. Transmission is 1:5, and the handpiece features KaVo's exclusive triple gear technology, 1 spray port, patented head and knee angle combination for superior access and performance and an exchangeable spray filter for effective spray cooling. 150, 350, 560 and 750 ultrasonic fiber optic systems.
The design of the handpieces ensures that low vibration or
spindle deviation from concentric operation occurs, even during high speed
rotation. The handpieces are designed to withstand repeated autoclaving up to
135°C. 70mm Handpiece Extra-Long burs are recommended for oral surgery. The
SGS-E2S is a 1:2 speed increasing, straight E-Type attachment with twist chuck.
