A varnish and its thinner/ solvent used since 1929 in dental universities worldwide. It is applied under gold and amalgam restorations. It is easy to use. Using metal cotton pliers, place a cotton pellet in the varnish, then swab the cleaned cavity. Air dry and reapply varnish. Air dry again to see a shiny hard surface which is ready to receive the gold or amalgam restoration. Each 1/2 ounce bottle holds 1200 drops which is enough to treat 600 teeth using two applications per tooth. Contains: 1 -0.5oz. varnish and 1 -0.5oz. solvent.
