Cool Cassette 2 Instrument Trays make your instrument-handling procedures easier and safer than ever. Solid silicone trays dissipate heat faster than steel for quick removal from the autoclave, with no sharp edges to tear gloves or injure hands and no metal to create noise, dull instruments, or scratch mirrors.
- Five sizes—Including the size 10XL with a 5-5/8" x 2-1/2" compartment for handpieces, syringes, or other items.
- Five colors—True Blue, Clean Green, Cool Coral, Pure Purple, and Steel Gray—Support color-coding operatory or instrument setups.
- Large, wraparound vent holes—For superior water and steam penetration and complete drainage at any angle.
- Built-in lock buttons—Keep lids securely in place.
- Long enough—To accommodate ultrasonic scaler inserts.
- Thick, flexible silicone—Will not scratch instruments or hands.
The snap on lid "peels off" easily yet holds securely, and nests underneath the cassette to save space when open. And Cool Cassette 2 has no hinges, locks, or moving parts to break. Interior instrument saddles can be trimmed with scissors to accommodate large-handled instruments, if desired. All trays hold instruments up to 7-1/2" long. Available in 5, 7, 10, 10XL, and 14 instrument sizes. Fully sterilizable to 375°F. In True Blue, Clean Green, Cool Coral, Pure Purple, or Steel Gray colors.
The Cool Cassette 2 Size 10 Instrument Tray includes four built-in A-W syringe tip clips. 8-3/8"L x 6-1/2"W x 1-3/8"H outside.
