Used to inject a local anesthetic. Has a threaded tip, barrel, rod/plunger with a harpoon attached that embeds itself into the rubber stopper of the carpule. Comfort grip finger rest and thumb ring. The Notched tip on the XO-110 is great for working in the aesthetic zone. The X-Otome is a hybrid, a cross between the periotome & a root elevator. Severing the PDL & creating space along the mesio distal plane is executed with precision & accuracy, due to th thin honed ends. The tips preserve tissue structures & eliminate bone fracturing. The custom grip handle has a thumb rest for even power transfer of hand pressure. Also used to remove roots and root fragments, the X-Otomes are made in the USA out of 100% stainless steel. The beveled tip follows the root structure down to the PDL. Using a 2-3 degree rotation around the circumference of the tooth you will gently separate the fibers from the root structure down to the PDL, creating a trough that will minimize tissue and bone trauma.

Torque settings are for use with all implant systems. The torque settings provided are: 15,20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 & 60 Ncm). Wrench head accepts the standard 4mm square connection.
The built in ratchet mechanism allows the clutch to disengage (slip) when torque is applied to avoid over torquing.
