Promethazine 25mg/ml is a typical injectable, prescription antihistamine and antiemetic used to treat severe allergies, motion sickness, and nausea/vomiting, or for sedation. It is administered intramuscularly (IM) or intravenously (IV) by professionals, with common dosages being 12.5 to 25mg every 4-6 hours.

Uses: Used for nausea/vomiting, sedation before/after surgery, and managing allergic reactions.  
Administration: Intramuscular (preferred) or intravenous injection.
