Constructed on the same forging as the #068. This is an excellent lab instrument. Both the tip and cutting edge are tool steel inserted, capable of bending, cutting and forming loops on the inner and outer bow of a head gear. The inserted beaks at the front have 3 deepened grooves that securely locks in the wire when bending. (eliminating slippage).
