Ionosit is a patented, single component, light-cured base material for composite and amalgam restorations that expands to compensate for polymerization contraction.

•Blocks out undercuts in inlay/onlay restorations.
•Forms a sensitivity shield, effectively eliminating micro-leakage and recurrent caries
•Guards against pain and discomfort
•Eliminates stresses caused by polymerization shrinkage
•Enhances seal by eliminating the zipper effect that occurs when a composite shrinks, tearing away from the dentin
